Budapest Airport is proud to be one of the first airports to welcome direct scheduled air services to the world’s newest international airport – Dubai World Central Al Maktoum International Airport – when low cost carrier Wizz Air launches services to Dubai’s new airport on 28 October.

Wizz Air is also introducing another new destination Baku in Azerbaijan, which will start a twice weekly service on 18 June.

Wizz Air will be one of the two first operators to fly to Dubai World Central with four times weekly flights from its home base of Budapest on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Dubai World Central was completed at the end of 2012 and its passenger terminal formally opens to scheduled traffic with the start of the winter schedule. More info
